Abstract

Artificial flower bouquet is a business engaged in the creative industry that produces flower bouquets made from artificial flowers (imitation flowers). This business is a creative result inspired by flower bouquets that use real flowers as their basic material. The main focus is given to the artificial flower bouquet business by explaining the manufacturing process, tools and materials used, consumer problems, and the market potential it has. Bouquets are everyone's choice when they want to give gifts to loved ones for happy moments such as birthdays, graduations, weddings, and other important moments. Naswav Bouquet uses artificial flowers to last a long time because they will not wilt. Sales offers are made through social media such as whatsapp, instagram, tiktok, and facebook. To support the running of this business, the author takes the raw materials needed through offline and online stores. This study was conducted to analyze the Naswav Bouquet business using the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) and BMC (business model canvas) methods to determine development strategies for the Naswav Bouquet business. The artificial flower bouquet business was identified as a promising opportunity with affordable initial capital and significant profit potential. The artificial flower bouquet business can be an effective strategy to increase creativity, financial independence, and positive contributions to society.
