Abstract

This study aims to determine the affect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees CV. DIVA Press. The data in this strudy were collected by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 82 respondent. The sampling technique uses a census thecnique, where the entire population is used as a respondent. This research ia a quantitative study with data analysis used is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20 program. The results show that leadership style and work motivation partially (t test) affect employee performance with a leadership style tcout value (4,020), work motivation (4,461). Meanwhile, leadership style and work motivation simutaneously (F test) affect employee performance with an Fcount of (42,933) with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 52,1%.
