Author Guidelines

JOURNAL SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION PROCESS

1. SUBMIT INITIAL PAPER
Paper submission begins through the journal online submission system.

2. PAY SUBMISSION FEE
Authors are required to complete the submission fee payment before further editorial processing.

↓
3. EDITOR AND REVIEWER CHECK
The manuscript is checked by the editor and processed through peer review.

↓
4. NOTIFICATION OF REVIEW RESULTS
The review outcome is announced to the author through the journal system or email.

↓
5. UPLOAD REVISED MANUSCRIPT
Authors submit the revised manuscript based on reviewer and editor comments.

↓
6. NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Authors receive acceptance notification when the manuscript is accepted for publication.

↓
7. PAY PUBLICATION FEE
Publication fee payment is required after the manuscript has been accepted.

↓
8. ISSUE LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
The Letter of Acceptance, if needed, is issued after the required process is completed.

↓
9. PAPER PUBLISHED
The accepted manuscript is published in the scheduled issue.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
