PENINGKATAN KINERJA TAMAN BATIK TERANG BULAN MALIOBORO MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence company performance which are mediated by the role of good corporate governance, by identifying factors that influence performance and good corporate governance when viewed from the organizational context, namely organizational culture and spiritual company; investigate whether the environment within the organization has created a good organizational culture and the creation of a spiritual company in order to improve performance through strengthening the implementation of good corporate governance. The research method used is a quantitative approach, namely descriptive test and inferential analysis using path analysis tools. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, where the research respondents were all employees of the Terang Bulan Malioboro Batik Park, totaling 52 employees.

The results showed that 1) There is a significant influence between organizational culture on good corporate governance 2) There is a significant influence between spiritual company on good corporate governance 3) There is no significant influence between organizational culture on performance 4) There is no significant effect between spiritual company on performance 5) There is a significant influence between good corporate governance on performance 6) The results of path analysis that there is an influence between organizational culture on the performance of employees of Taman Batik Terang Bulan Malioboro through corporate governance, 7) The results of path analysis that there is an influence between spiritual company on the performance of employees of Terang Bulan Malioboro Batik Park through corporate governance.
