ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENERIMAAN APLIKASI LIVIN' BY MANDIRI DENGAN METODE UTAUT2 DAN IS SUCCESS MODEL

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri yang dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya kesenjangan antara tujuan pembaruan aplikasi dengan ekspetasi pengguna, ditunjukkan oleh 32,6% ulasan negatif terkait stabilitas dan performa sistem. Mixed methods digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan strategi sekuensial eksplanatori, melibatkan 400 responden melalui kuesioner dan lima informan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Performance Expectancy, Efforty Expectancy, Facilitiating Conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavior. System Quality, Service Quality, dan Use Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap User Satisfacion. Model  yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan 51,8% variasi Use Behavior dan 34,1% variasi User Satisfaction dengan predictive relevance 0,6824.
