Mengelola Konflik Ekspektasi Peran: Perspektif Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak di Era Digital

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis internalisasi nilai lillahita'ala dalam mengatasi stres yang dialami oleh guru Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) akibat pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang kemudian disebarkan kepada guru TK di Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat internalisasi nilai lillahita'ala yang tinggi, yang berkontribusi pada kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola stres kerja. Faktor-faktor seperti dukungan rekan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja juga ditemukan berperan signifikan dalam penanggulangan stres. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam lingkungan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis guru di era digital.
