Analisis Sentimen Fatwa Untuk Meningkatkan Strategi Komunikasi Majelis Ulama Indonesia

Fatwa MUI No 83 Tahun 2023 menimbulkan kontroversi dan pro-kontra di tengah masyarakat. Studi ini bertujuan memahami dinamika persepsi publik, terutama sentimen negatif, untuk memperbaiki strategi komunikasi MUI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan analisis sentimen untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif. Data dikumpulkan dari 10 unggahan Instagram MUI antara November 2023 dan Agustus 2024, dengan komentar dikategorikan menjadi positif, negatif, atau netral. Hasil menunjukkan adanya dominasi sentimen negatif yang jelas dan persisten, mencapai 62% dari total komentar di hampir semua unggahan. Tema utama sentimen negatif meliputi kekhawatiran tentang dampak ekonomi dan PHK, ketidakjelasan daftar produk yang ditargetkan, dan persepsi inkonsistensi sikap MUI. Penyebab utama yang teridentifikasi adalah kegagalan komunikasi awal, kurangnya pemahaman publik mengenai cakupan fatwa, dan misinformasi. Simpulan menekankan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang berhasil harus proaktif, berfokus pada edukasi publik mengenai tujuan dan dampak fatwa, serta mengatasi langsung persepsi negatif untuk menjaga kepercayaan publik.
