PERANCANGAN UI/UX MOBILE SUGGESTION SYSTEM BERBASIS UCD DAN USABILITY TESTING

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang UI/UX Mobile Suggestion System yang responsif bagi staf lapangan di lingkungan manufaktur dengan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Penelitian dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yaitu memahami konteks pengguna, menetapkan kebutuhan pengguna, merancang solusi, dan melakukan evaluasi. Prototipe dikembangkan menggunakan Figma serta diuji melalui Usability Testing berbasis Maze dan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan 20 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh responden berhasil menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 73,37 termasuk kategori Good, grade C, dan Acceptable. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan UI/UX memiliki tingkat kebergunaan yang baik serta mendukung kemudahan akses, transparansi informasi, dan kenyamanan pengguna.
